iSisters Technology Mentoring receives support from Flex

iSisters is pleased to announce its newest supporter  – Flex, the Sketch-to-Scale™ solutions provider that designs and builds Intelligent Products for a Connected World™. The Flex Foundation is their grant making arm and operates as a private foundation.

“At Flex, we believe technology has the power to change lives for the better,” said Kelly Hampton, Vice President of Marketing and Global Citizenship at Flex. “By providing free access to technology learning programs, iSisters is helping ensure that the benefits of technology are shared by those who need them most. We are pleased to support this program, which is aligned with our own vision and mission.”

The Flex Foundation works with nonprofit, community leaders and governments to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all.  They also work to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning opportunities.

iSisters has been awarded a grant of over $13,500 USD in support of the iSisters Career Connections Program, a program that broadens employment opportunities for our learners, and provides job search and career development skills through training and mentorship – building skills that enable women to participate in and contribute to the economy.

iSisters is thrilled to welcome its newest funder and is grateful for their support.
