iSisters Welcomes New Executive Director

The iSisters Board of Directors is very pleased to announce the appointment of Ann McSweeney as Executive Director (ED), effective January 20, 2020.  Ann comes to iSisters with a deep working knowledge of non-profits, including her role as Executive Director for two local Ottawa charities.  As iSisters’ ED, Ann will oversee all operations, planning and programming for the organization. We are certain she will help bring iSisters to a successful next phase in supporting women in vulnerable situations with technology training and mentoring.

Since September 2019, Beth Nightingale, iSisters’ Program Manager, has taken on the role of interim ED.  We are very thankful for this support, and would like to express our appreciation to Beth for steering us on a steady course over the last several months. Her service to the organization has been significant.

Please join us in welcoming Ann to the new role. She looks forward to connecting with all of our partners, supporters and other stakeholders important to making our work have impact.
